What We Buy

We buy houses in many different conditions.

Your property does not need to be renovated or ready for the market. We review the full house and the details of the sale to determine whether it is a fit for us.

Property Types

Types of houses we consider.

Single-family houses

Detached homes in the Florida areas we currently serve.

Houses that need repairs

From outdated finishes and cosmetic updates to larger repair projects.

Vacant houses

Empty homes that are becoming difficult or expensive to maintain.

Rental properties

Rental homes you're ready to sell, including some tenant-occupied properties.

Tenant-occupied houses

We may consider these depending on the lease, access, and timing.

Inherited houses

Properties passed down through an estate, trust, or family.

Outdated houses

Homes that may need updates before they would appeal to traditional buyers.

Damaged properties

Houses with fire, water, code, or long-term maintenance issues.

Deferred maintenance

Long-term wear-and-tear we factor into the offer.

Is Your Property a Fit?

We look at more than the type of house.

Some properties fit what we are currently buying and others will not. The best way to find out is to send us the address and a few basic details.

  • Where the house is located
  • Its current condition
  • The work it needs
  • The price
  • Whether it is occupied
  • Whether we can access it
  • Ownership and title details
  • Your desired closing timeline
  • The overall terms of the sale

When It Isn't a Fit

Not every house fits — and we'll tell you if yours doesn't.

A property may not be a fit because of location, price, condition, title issues, access limitations, or the houses we are currently buying. If that is the case, we will let you know directly and clearly.
